Closing an account: Checking or savings account

My account was suspended for unknown reasons. I have non-stop attempted to find out the reason why, to no avail. It has been months of me constantly emailing customer service to just be told that they have no control or access to what's going on. I demanded that I have the right to know why I'm being investigated and what is the investigation about. Bottom line : For months I have not been able to know what's going on or why.
