Closing an account: Checking or savings account

On three separate occasions Navy Federal Credit Union has aided money laundering criminals and given unauthorized account access to people other than me. Banks are supposed to protect customers from money laundering however navy Federal credit Union is deeply involved and receiving some kind of kickback, benefit, or payment. No one but me should ever be able to access my bank account and now navy Federal credit Union has again given unauthorized criminals access to my bank. This was somewhere in the DC area and Navy Federal Credit Union has instead of protecting customers privacy and account aided in the money Laundering and is involved in raqueteering and receiving some type of payment or benefit for the federal crimes.
