Closing an account: Checking or savings account

Im just so confused they closed my account due to negative balance but I get paid every week that pays it off when I try to ask chime whats going on to resolve the issue they act so lost and fonded and dont know what happen and they position is to help recover my account and she didnt do anything to help or give me a reason on what happen cause I didnt break any violation or fraud
