Closing an account: Checking or savings account

My account got forced closed like a couple weeks ago I recently received mail saying why my account got closed and that I could go to the bank to withdraw my remaining balance or I will get a check mailed I dont have a bank out here that I can go to its not many Huntington banks in Florida so its no way I can withdraw my money so I will have to get a check somebody said it should take at least 7 days but I still have not received no check I just have money sitting in a account that I dont have access to no more I have kids I need my money this is very frustrating I just want my money as soon as possible
