My funds were missing from my savings account at Huntington bank and they reuse to tell me where they went. They stated its not fraud but won't tell me what happened. I asked for a complaint to be filed and a complaint number but was told they didn't have a number to give me.

I submitted a payment through the Huntington app only to find out it wasn't paid and then I had a late payment and fee. I also could not get into the mortgage part of the app for a few days causing my payment to be late.

When using the Huntington Bank application previously, I could contact customer service when they were closed by scheduling a call back because they do not have open hours from Bank closing till Bank opening and on weekends currently youre not even allowed to schedule a call where they call you even though I should be able to. I dont know if someones manipulating my application or what theyre doing. Also on early pay you are supposed to get your direct deposit two days early. Im trying to figure out when the posting date is on this or the posting time. Apparently its whenever they feel like it or they think you deserve it. I would like clarification on what time it posts during the day.

My account got forced closed like a couple weeks ago I recently received mail saying why my account got closed and that I could go to the bank to withdraw my remaining balance or I will get a check mailed I dont have a bank out here that I can go to its not many Huntington banks in Florida so its no way I can withdraw my money so I will have to get a check somebody said it should take at least 7 days but I still have not received no check I just have money sitting in a account that I dont have access to no more I have kids I need my money this is very frustrating I just want my money as soon as possible
