Problem caused by your funds being low: Checking or savings account

My funds were missing from my savings account at Huntington bank and they reuse to tell me where they went. They stated its not fraud but won't tell me what happened. I asked for a complaint to be filed and a complaint number but was told they didn't have a number to give me.
