Communication tactics: Debt collection

They have called more than seven times in a rolling seven day period. I have asked them multiple times to cease and desist and do not contact me and so they keep calling me from different numbers as well. Anytime I answer its the same company. ( TSI ). I am starting to be harassed and I am not happy about it.
