False statements or representation: Debt collection

I am filling this complaint against debt collection company reporting and attempting to collect a debt that I believe is inaccurate. I requested validation of the debt and asked for documentation providing that the debt belongs to me and that the amount being reported is correct. The company has continued collection efforts and keep reporting to the credit bureaus without providing sufficient documentation. This reporting is negatively affecting my credit and financial situation. I am requesting that the company provide complete validation of the debt, including original creditor information, account records and documentation showing that they have the legal right to collect this debt. I request that all collection activity cease and that the account be removed from my credit reports.
