Fraud or scam: Money transfer, virtual currency, or money service

I was trying to purchase concert tickets. After I sent the Money VIA Chime I went online to track my purchase only to find out that it was a fake tracking number. I immediately opened a dispute with Chime and they denied my claim. When I called them they told me I knew about the transaction and willingly sent the money and they would not be refunding me. I told them that account needs to be taken down, that is a person who is actively using their account to scam people and steal their money. Chime said there is nothing they can do.
