Fraud or scam: Money transfer, virtual currency, or money service

Someone posed as an attorney and he requested $500.00 from me. He was not an attorney. I filed for a refund that was issued but this creep company Fidelity information services then removed my money and placed it in their account. I have the texts messages from this lowlife scammer.
