What happened? To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to dispute accounts and charges that were opened in my name without my knowledge or authorization. In 2022, my wallet was stolen. The wallet contained my driver 's license/identification card and my Social Security card . After the theft, I began noticing credit card accounts and other accounts appearing on my credit report that I never applied for, opened, or authorized. I believe I am a victim of identity theft, and these accounts were fraudulently opened using my stolen personal information. I respectfully request that you investigate these accounts, remove any fraudulent charges or obligations associated with them, and provide me with written confirmation of your findings. I have never authorized these accounts and am not responsible for any debts, charges, or activity associated with them
