Managing an account: Checking or savings account

My TRUIST bank account was hacked, the Fraud Dept intercepted one transaction, but one transaction did go thru the day before, the transaction was fraudulent, the back gave me provisional credit upon investigation, and upon conclusion mailed me a letter with no evidence supporting that, upon receiving, they were going to auto withdrawal the provisional credit. Upon contesting they informed me they I can take it up with the merchant.
