Managing an account: Checking or savings account

I submitted a dispute with the merchant kalshi through my bank capital one, the charges came out of my debit card without my permission. I have never used this merchant before i even sent capital one documents proving i did not have an account with the merchant but capital one denied the claim saying it was " authorized '' which is completely incorrect.
