Managing an account: Checking or savings account

Navy Federal ATM jammed and swallowed my cash deposit. The machine issued an error receipt, which I uploaded to the bank immediately. Navy Federal issued a provisional credit, stated it was permanent, and then abruptly reversed it using a generic template denial. The bank has failed to review the physical evidence provided.
