Managing an account: Checking or savings account

I am filing this complaint because I was charged for rideshare transactions that I did not authorize. I reported the unauthorized charges to my financial institution as fraud and provided all requested information, but the issue has not been resolved satisfactorily. I did not book, approve, or benefit from these transactions, and I expect a thorough investigation and reimbursement for the unauthorized charges in accordance with applicable consumer protection policies. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed promptly and resolved fairly by crediting my account for the fraudulent transactions and providing a clear explanation of the outcome.
