Managing an account: Checking or savings account

I opened debit card checking account with Netspend. There was a bonus stating that if you direct deposit $400.00 within days you would get a $100.00 bonus. The account must have remained open for 90 days to get the bonus. I fulfilled all requirements and I never got the bonus. I have called and contact them multiple times and they have hung up on me ever time. This is false advertising if you did not intend on giving the bonus. I was within the requirements.
