Managing an account: Checking or savings account

I have had dozens of transactions through my long term and in good standing chime account from a certain company that i requested be reversed due to this company no longer honoring their agreement with me as well as hundreds of others and removing access to the goods i purchased without reason or explanation and with no response in reply when i attempted to reach out to resolve this. Chime instantly denied my claim within minutes despite this being impossible to have actually looked into ANYTHING about the claim or the mountains of evidence supplied. Chime is notorious for this lazy despicable behavior and I am tired of it.
