Managing an account: Checking or savings account
I have been receiving account statements and correspondence associated with a Chase account that I am unable to access through Chase Online, the Chase mobile application, or other normal account access methods. Despite receiving mailed statements and/or account-related notices, I do not have access to view, manage, verify, or monitor the account activity electronically. This has prevented me from confirming whether the account is legitimate, reviewing transactions, updating account information, securing the account, or determining whether unauthorized activity or identity theft may be involved. I attempted to obtain access and clarification regarding the account but remain unable to access the account online. Receiving statements for an account while being unable to verify or manage it has created concern regarding account ownership, account association, account status, and the accuracy of records maintained in my name. If this account was opened, modified, linked, or maintained using my personal information without authorization, I request that the matter be investigated as potential unauthorized activity or identity theft. If the account is legitimate, I request full disclosure and restoration of access so I may review and manage the account. Thank You, Consumer
