Managing an account: Checking or savings account
At the end of May, my account information was compromised through Chime. Someone was able to hack into my account change my password and email now I had my card connected to Chime. They were able to steal funds from my personal bank account. Ive been pleading sending information to Chime to get my money back, trying to show proof that it wasnt me and still its not enough. I got them a police report my time card to show that i was at work working. The emails to show this is going on in a different location while I was at work and it still not enough to get my money back. When I asked them if they could send me a listed reason to why my claim kept getting denied, they had no answer for me and they said they would send the email, but I have yet to do that on top of all of that, they said they used past account information and if that was the truth, they wouldve been able to see that Ive never ever moved that much money through Chime when I talk to them to explain that they were able to send the money because she said they had a biometric scan, which is like fingerprint or Face ID. I told her because they had access to my account and my debit card was connected to it so of course, it shows biometric scan. They said they talked to the merchant, but there was no merchant involved. This was a person who hacked into my account and sent the money to themselves.
