Managing, opening, or closing your mobile wallet account: Money transfer, virtual currency, or money service

My Cash App account was banned, and I dont know why. I contacted Cash App Support, but they only said it was because of their Terms of Service without clearly explaining what I did wrong. Im requesting that my account be reviewed again and that I receive a clear explanation. If it was a mistake, I would like my account restored.
