Opening an account: Checking or savings account

I am a victim of identity theft and did not open or authorize the accounts listed in my complaint. These accounts were created fraudulently using my personal information without my knowledge or consent. I have filed this report to formally document the identity theft and request that all fraudulent accounts and related activity be investigated and removed.
