Have a closed out credit card with Navy Federal Credit Union. They went into my account unauthorized and took $1100.00 from my account. When I called to speak with someone they told me that they couldnt return my funds back to my bank account. They never gave me a chance to set up any payment arrangement or anything on the account and Ive spoken with them on numerous occasions. The person I spoke with told me that they could only give me back half of my $1100.00 and I explained to him that no, they need to return all of my money because it was unauthorized.
