Problem with a lender or other company charging your account: Checking or savings account

I noticed that there was several transactions that I didnt authorize. Filed a dispute and they denied my dispute. I was clocked in at work when they transactions happened. I have proof from my employer. They refuse to credit the money that was stolen.
