Problem with a lender or other company charging your account: Checking or savings account

Wells Fargo is in violation of Regulation E ( 12 CFR 1005.11. Two online wire transfers totaling almost $25000.00 were initiated entirely by an unauthorized hacker who compromised my savings account. I did not initiate, authorize, or benefit from these transfers. The bank failed to conduct a proper investigation. They have not provided my Regulation E Evidence Portfolio.
