Problem with a purchase or transfer: Prepaid card
" I am filing a formal complaint against Netspend for failing to provide timely notice of a dispute denial and for obstructing my rights under Regulation E ( 1005.11 ). Netspend completely cut off my dispute access and closed my case in their mobile app without providing any written document or explanation of their findings. No notice was given. When I manually discovered the closure in the app and immediately requested an appeal, Netspend 's automated system issued an instant 60-second denial. Only after this system trigger occurred did Netspend finally deliver a written denial letter. This timeline proves Netspend violated 1005.11 ( d ) by failing to deliver a written explanation of findings upon closing a case. Instead, they retroactively generated a letter to cover up an automated, uninvestigated closure. They are manipulating their digital interface to prevent consumers from exercising their regulatory right to a fair error-resolution process. ''
