Problem with a purchase shown on your statement: Credit card

I timely disputed multiple transactions that I maintain were unauthorized. Capital One investigated and denied my claim, stating only that it believed I or another account user benefited from the transactions. However, Capital One has not explained the factual basis for that conclusion or provided the evidence supporting its determination despite my requests. While these disputed transactions remain unresolved, Capital One continues to : Report the account as delinquent to consumer reporting agencies ; Assess interest and late fees attributable to the disputed transactions ; and Increase the balance based upon charges that I continue to dispute as unauthorized. I have also filed identity theft-related disputes with the national consumer reporting agencies and have provided supporting documentation throughout this process.
