Repossession: Vehicle loan or lease

With no communication from the company they had my car repoed in the middle of the night. I was also informed that they sold my contract to my vehicle to another company without my knowledge and that other company is the one that put my car out for repo. I had no knowledge of this happening and did not enter into an agreement with this company. They also sent my car to auction did not communicate with me how much it sold for and just put on my credit report what the supposed remaining balance was that they expected me to pay without any communication.
