Repossession: Vehicle loan or lease

I purchased the vehicle in 2024. The vehicle had several problems I raised these issues to the dealer because the vehicle that was sold to me was clearly a lemon. Pennsylvanias Lemon Law ( 73 P.S. 19511963 ) protects consumers who purchase or lease new vehicles within the state. It mandates that manufacturers provide a full refund or a replacement vehicle if a major, unfixable defect substantially impairs the car 's use, value, or safety after a reasonable number of repair attempts. The dealership took the car back claiming to repair or fix the vehicle. However, they filed it as a repossession, illegally.
