Trouble during payment process: Mortgage

Unfortunately Wells Fargo continues to be vindictive by withdrawing money from my account but not applying the payments to the account. And plus theyre charging me more than the money that the whole mortgage was in which was only $75000.00 and now its a total of $89000.00
