Trouble using the card: Prepaid card

I bought a prepaid NetSpend card at a gas station noted $50.00 to this prepaid NetSpend card I then went online activated the prepaid NetSpend card that I paid for at the gas station not one that you have to wait 24 hours for the money to appear one then instantaneously has the funds loaded directly to the car now with this being said they would not let me access the card they would not let me use the card I still have not got my money from this card due to the fact that they said I had an account both a digital and a physical account that I have no clue about that has been flagged for suspicious activity that is fine if that is the case that is on them they should be telling me and rectifying that situation with me as well as activating the card that I had just purchased at a gas station that should not have to be registered because that's exactly what it is a prepaid card that you pay money for so that you can pay for things either online or in a store without any repercussions of any kind of identity theft or any theft at all. They should not be allowed to tell me that I paid the fee in the store for this certain card just to be told I can not access my money they never even got my mailing address so that they could mail me a check for my money.
