Written notification about debt: Debt collection

The collection agency is refusing to provide full validation or verification of this disputed debt as required by federal law, and is failing to provide accessible, documented payment options outside of high-pressure phone calls. The only thing I have been sent is a one page letter stating the amount attempting to be recovered and what number to call, no itemized list as requested and no further details on payment. Company refuses to comply.
